This rack has 4 loops of inserts for effects pedals.
This system makes it possible to use guitar effect pedals via the inserts of analog mixers or interfaces of sound cards.
This allows you to add effects to recorded tracks or live on stage. Each of the loops has an XLR line + 4dB input that provides a high impedance output to drive the input of an effects pedal via a Jack connector.
A high impedance input jack allows you to recover the output of the pedal and via a volume control, to attack a balanced output stage + 4dB XLR. This output feeds the insertion return of the mixer or interface.
All effects for guitar (wha-wha, disto, Delay etc ...) can be used.
High impedance outputs can also directly attack an amp to Reaming. High impedance inputs can also be used as a DI Box to directly record the instrument on a track.
The various functions of this device make it a nice tool for the studio or for the stage
Best of all, a 9V power output via a standard connector is available on the front. This power supply has a voltage adjustment with LED voltmeter. The range of voltages ranges from 3V to 10V which makes it possible to go for particular sounds on some pedals, especially distortions or fuzz. (simulation of battery wear)
