PREAMP USER CONTROLS
LINE: Selects Mic or Line input
48: Activates 48V power supply for condenser microphones (LED display)
PH: Inverts the phase of the signal
TRIM: Attenuates or increases gain by +/- 10dB
MIC GAIN: Selects the gain of the microphone preamp (20dB to 80dB)
FILTERS: Potentiometer-swept low-cut and high-cut filters.
LEVEL: Output volume (fader)
INSTRUMENT: High impedance instrument input. Inserting a jack plug switches the instrument input to the mic input of the preamp via a relay.
USER CONTROLS EQUALIZER
Frequency controls: one per band, marked 30Hz - 300Hz ; 200Hz - 2kHz ;
0.8kHz - 8kHz; 1.5kHz - 15kHz. Used to adjust band centre frequencies.
Boost/Cut controls: one per band, marked LOW, MID 1, MID 2, HIGH. Used to adjust the
boost or cut over a range of +/- l8dB.
Shape Low knob: When pressed, the Low band response is bell-shaped. Pressed, the Low band response is shelving.
Shape hi knob: Pulled out, the Hi band response is bell-shaped. When pressed, the Hi band response is shelving.
IN button: Activates the equalizer
